Lieutenant Colonel Douglas M. Rosenstock is the Director of the F-35 Academic Training Center at Eglin AFB, Florida, overseeing pilot and maintainer ground training for the F-35 Lightning II. With a state-of-the-art facility, he manages training for over 2,100 U.S. and international students annually.

Commissioned from the United States Naval Academy in 2003, Lt Col Rosenstock embarked on a distinguished Marine Corps career. After AV-8B Harrier pilot assignments, he attended the US Air Force Test Pilot School and served as a developmental test pilot for Harrier and Super Hornet projects. With over 2,500 flying hours in 42 different aircraft, he joined the Florida Air National Guard in 2020 as an F-35 instructor.
